You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, scam, or post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.

You may not attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Premium plans, gem packs, and other paid features are billed through the App Store, Google Play, or other authorized payment providers.

Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase, except where required by law.

We may change pricing or introduce new paid features with appropriate notice where required.

ChopperG and its logos, branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant ChopperG a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.

You may stop using ChopperG at any time and may delete your account through the app settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create safety risks, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, certain provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

ChopperG does not conduct criminal background checks on users and is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChopperG and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to ChopperG in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payments were made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChopperG, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ChopperG will be resolved in the courts located in Suffolk County, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
