Open the ChopperG app, go to your profile, and tap Premium. Choose the plan that fits you best and complete checkout in the app. You can also view current plans on our Premium page.

Open the user's profile or chat, tap the menu icon, and select Report or Block. Our moderation team reviews reports quickly. Blocked users cannot contact you or view your profile.

Yes. We use encryption and strict security standards to protect your data. You control what appears on your profile and can adjust privacy settings anytime in the app.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, matches, and messages. Contact support if you need help before deleting.

New matches may take a moment to appear after mutual likes. Check your filters, discovery preferences, and internet connection. If the issue continues, try refreshing the app or contact support.

Super Likes notify someone that you're especially interested before you match. Boosts increase your profile visibility for a limited time. Both can be purchased with gems in the app.
